Last week I said vocoders for the rest of the year ... this week i'm close: I processed my voice using the Talkbox from izotope's vocal synth plugin. Part of me wants the vocals to be more intelligible, but another part likes them just for effect and leaving the words up to the listener to fill in.

Sounds great. If you want the vocals more intelligible, try adding a parallel track with the uneffected vocal and play with the mix (using a high-pass filter helps).
