Always loved that saying, "you know where the door is!" All door saying are kind of fun really.
Glad I finished something I ended up mostly liking, and something I that I not planned on at all. Surprise! Late start this week. Started a track on the Ableton Move on a lazy couch and TV Saturday afternoon. I can sit with my wife while she watched some reality TV and make tunes, win win win. Transferred in Live today and continued. Loving how quick working on Move and seamless the transfer is. Ended up grabbing samples from the Splice integration. I usually like to chop and mangle samples so mostly unrecognizeable to the original, but sounded good to keep some of the original too. After starting was thinking deep house, almost researched that to try and hit it, I think this came out more straight up house, hmm, just gonna let it be.
Listening back just now heard some mix things, oh well, and it seems faster, what? My ears may be fried. (Edit: I think when previewing from the Mac Finder it played back faster, weird!)
