Naked Lamp

I'm on a trip so I had to quickly record this and another song before I left so that I can post them from my phone while away. So this is just a quick recording with my electric piano. Some showering sounds in the background in the beginning, and I didn't have time to record a new take, but I think it's fine.
This is a new song, but based on old memories and emotions that I have finally been able to look at and to process, through music. Feels like one of the more vulnerable songs I've made
Lyrics:
There's a naked lamp in the ceiling
A square of glass instead of fabric over spotlights
The walls are white, I feel exposed
like the wires of the lamp
There's a naked man lying next to me
He's speaking words that hit me like glass
The sheets are white, the bed is soft
like the way I wished his words would be
Instead the words hit me like the shards of a naked lamp I imagine will fall into my chest
with the strength that I don't have for, for anything but to stare at the lamp
