This definitely sounds like an alien parade, hahahaha... And you nailed the "not being so serious" here, it sounds like you had a lot of fun making this one, it really shines through Awesome job!
Funny sounds! It is 1% similar to Good Moog by Jean-Jacques Perrey, an album I will always recommend for its pure joyful funny instrumental synth music. Someday I also wanna go down that route, seems you are 1 step ahead!

i love the track too(especially that huge bass drop at :46, and then how it goes low and subdued for a bit right after, just sets the momentum off perfectly, i see what you did there 
) 
Lots of cool sounds and the result is a pretty fun track. Gives me some Earthbound town vibes, which is coincidentally a very alien kind of game
