honestly, not that happy with this one. had an idea and couldn't figure out where to go or what to do with it but I liked it too much to give up. I will have to revisit this as a full song idea later.

A real banger, regardless. heart

i love these haunted vibes

It may not have come all the way out, but I wouldn’t have been able to give up on that loop either. It is so tight. Wonderfully full with drum weirdness and then that wub and spooky pad combo just does it.

If we throw a rave in a spirit Halloween, this is high on the list of shit to drop

What you hear back really depends on what you expected. For me, for example, there are no ambitions or pride or plans attached to this piece, so I just listened to it at face value. Apart from the abrupt ending, it sounds like the perfect unobtrusive soundtrack to a demoscene production or an visual art piece at an art gallery. It could work for a game, too, or in a video report from a trip to Tokyo.

I dig it as is.

That's a sweet all-surrounding haunt, you have going on in the background pads, and the way they interact with the bassline (...maybe the kicks are compressed too much, and maybe a doubled-up snare(maybe lower in pitch and fatter in saturation) could help, or just saturated the snare more and lopassed it a bit... but overall, the stratospheric vibe still draws me in so these things can fall into the background anyways) heart

nice big atmospheric chords and deep bass right near the middle, good and balanced sample choices --- still lots to like here and i think these are still some strong bones for a second go if ya wanna try leaning heavier into structural movement/contrast, or more washes/flourishes/hits.

Really like the percussion particals, and the bass glued the whole track together. Nice one as it is now.

It invokes a frantic flight of little critters for me ... like field mice being pursued by a predator across a clearing at night ...

i think this is successful honestly, nicely done

Badassss

Still pretty effective.
