chill techno take

By miau on July 19, 2020 11:47 pm

Made three sketches this week, an ambient one, a sorta lofi techno one, and a glitchy stuttery half design session half a track one. Decided to submit a techno one as the most finished. Next week gonna submit some glitchy idmish stuff I hope, I'm really into this kind of music at the moment.
So it started with a challenge to make a track with basic 4 to the floor kick beat, so skips, no additional kicks, went for simple two chord ambient kinda lofi atmosphere. Not too proud of it, but hey, it's better to submit than not to.

Gorgeous lush synths throughout. When that sub bass really heat around half minute mark I already favourited.
No regrets during the rest of the song. Amazing work on keeping the soundscape that interesting to listen to. Could listen for hours. If this ever get's released let me know, I need this on at least 5 of my Spotify playlists as well as in my DJ sets!

That 4 to the floor beat along with the lush pads really brought me into an Underworld vibe with some Chemical Brothers feels on top. Cool stuff!

Hey, thank you so much for all your kind comments, I really appreciate it very much and really sorry for such a late reply. I don't think I will ever release this track, so if you want it in your sets, feel free to download it!
