What Time is it in Japan?

In order to help me in case I find myself lacking inspiration, my wife decided to make a jar of prompts I can pull from. This week, the prompt was "Like a Bossa Nova Beat? (serious)". Really enjoyed this one. Felt very laid back, no frills. Plus noodling with a rhodes over a beat is always a very fun time, even if 90% of the material gets thrown out.  Not sure what prompted me to experiment with the transition in the middle, but I thought it was really funny and gave some nice contrast.

Goals for the next few weeks are to get my OP-1 and M8 both updated and stocked with samples so I can start writing stuff while I'm at work.

Nice. big_smile If Nintendo ever brings back eShop music, they need to hire you!

I love this. I would play hours and hours of a chill game with this soundtrack!
