Parts of this recording were made at the clinic where I used to work. One day I gave a patient a microphone and asked her to sing along to a guitar track we had recorded earlier. I left her alone for a while, and she hummed and sang some beautiful vocal harmonies into the zoom H6 recorder.
Almost a year later now, I revisited the recording and mixed it with another piece I had recently created at home — a small guitar jam together with a kind of monochord I built myself.
