Building on the structure from my week 11, I’ve created a full song from it and really worked on the EQ’ing and mixing/trying to really hear where all the components should sit.
I’ve written most of the lyrics and will do vocals this week.

Starts off with a menacing bass but it goes into the background while some playful tunes step forward. Almost feels like the song is saying: "you thought it would be tough, but actually it's just all a part of the dance."
Reminds me of the ram Dass quote, "you can do it like it's a great weight on you, or you can do it like it's part of the dance" or something like that
Feels like some robo-butchers had a 1-year celebration party while cutting up some human steak.

That’s really intuitive, bc the lyrics I’ve written for it are about how, as we age, there’s always younger people to take your spot but it’s liberating to accept where you are.
