Red River

Took some inspiration from Debussy's Sunken Cathedral and Indian classical music.

The combination of ponticello playing and reverb brought out a heap of upper partials.

Very nice.

One thing you might like to try, if you haven't already, is using EQ Three on two returns, with everything turned down as low as it can be except the upper frequency band. Put a spectrum analyser before the EQ to see where the upper partials really come about, then set the upper band to that point. So you're setting a high pass for that frequency band. Then copy it to the other return, pan the returns hard L and R respectively, and then feed x amount from your main audio through them. Adds a great sense of space, but will augment the sound of those upper partials a little.

You're getting some nice electrified tabla sounds -- how close were you to the bridge?
