Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

In 2022 I ran out of time on one of my submissions but then I kept working on it and it became probably my favorite from that year. So far in 2024 I managed to submit 4 tracks but I'm worried it's inevitable that a week will come where I won't be able to. Not sure if submitting 20 seconds of noise will be my way out then but I can definitely relate. The struggle is real 😅

If I find a rotisserie chicken down there I'm steering clear and continuing on my quest to find the mutant turtles. Yeah, they must have turned off the validation on length, or maybe there never was any, how would that even work actually?

no idea what happened... my guess is the 60 seconds is maybe a rule the way that only submitting tracks finished that week is, i.e. not strictly enforced.
