Anybody remember Trauma Center for the Wii/DS? I'm pretty squeamish but man, those games were strangely fun. Stressful, but fun. Anyway, Happy Week 37!

I never had a Wii or something similar. But your tones are absolutely stressfree and nice. Well done.

i don't recall that game, sounds wild! this track is so pretty ad calming. thank you

I was definitely too squeamish for that type of game haha. Super cool chord progression, definitely carries some of the weight/uncertainty of what a name like "Trauma Center" implies, but the arrangement keeps things pretty chill. I would maaaybe play the game with a soundtrack like this lol

wait i need to play that game now
I play my Nintendo DS regularly to play Phoenix Wright.  I want to get Picross 3D for it.

this is going to be a great listen on my next walk

Man I lovedddd Trauma Center games. It's been so long and I'd love to play it again. The operations were super intense, I remember there was some level where you were having to rapidly cut out some kind of tumors or something that were quickly appearing all over a patient and each time you had to use like 5 tools. Haha, so with that being said, this is more like those chill vibes between the hospital chaos wink

Love those lush sounding chords from the pads.  Sweet drum groove that sounds great with that synth lead melody.  Wouldn't have guessed this trauma center inspired but def feels like calming before the trauma smile

Thanks for listening! The game is kind of like the board game operation, but it’s made by Atlus so the music and art are top notch. There hasn’t been a new one in a long time though. Hope they bring it back someday!

Thanks! To be honest, I held off on those games at first for the same reason, I get pretty squeamish too.

Loved the DS Ace Attorney games. And Picross 3D’s like my all time favorite puzzle game - highly recommend if you find it! And thanks for listening. big_smile

Thanks! I’ll try to write something with a little more tension next time, or at least something that escalates as it progresses to match the prompt.
