Under special circumstances

This took me about 3 days of hard work. It's still rough on the edges, specially the sound, but I run out of time.
Just an old (maybe "classic") 90's Yamaha RM1x groovebox, sequenced via MIDI by Renoise running on Linux.
I dreamed I could bring a piece of Detroit to my speakers. The title... totally random.
No post processing. Just the sound of the box, straight to the soundcard. All mixing and EQ is done messing with the internal adjustments, so this one is kind of "in the (groove)box".
*( Actually I applied a small limiter under Audacity because I had clipping and hadn't enough time to re-record it. Believe me, I just gained a couple of db's using the compressor/limiter preset at -4 db threshold / 1,8/1 ratio )
I'm sure this one could sound crispier and clearer splitting the tracks and applying some needed sidechain (the low dumble is all over the place) but, on the other hand, I feel kinda proud of getting the best sound I could in that moment.
Expect a video of the groovebox and a couple of pictures as soon as possible. Maybe tomorrow I can shot the whole thing. I really need your knowledge about some weirdness: the recordings from the box are asymetrical (top to bottom), like it could not generate high frequencies if the output voltage is positive.
Anyway, I'll post everything real soon. Now I definitely should be sleeping (I'm on duty).
Please excuse me if I haven't answered all your comments. It's been hard to get some spare time lately (You know: life, work, the laundry, aliens... you name it!)
Stay tuned and thanks a lot for dropping by. Have a great week, wherever you are around our planet!
