The science of perplexity

By laguna on November 16, 2014 11:36 pm

This saturday some people at work were sick and I had to cover for them in the last minute, so my whole music weekend went south, in a way.

I had this track which was supossed to be a tribute to our King Of Glitch, Perplex On, but I'm posting a much rushed, muddy and almost unfinished mix which is not anyway near his amazing work.

I really would like to upload an update from Soundcloud, so please stay tuned.

This is very promising; I'll stay tuned for the Soundcloud post!

yup second that

Musically I think this is very good already, looking forward to the final version!

amazing work. are you sure you are not a perplex doppelganger? ouuhh, this would be a nice title for another track DON'T STEEL ID

This already sounds great, nice crunchy beats and atmosphere

Beautiful--great sawtooth melodies over the aggressive glitchy drums.  Very well done!

thank you soooo much for the mention! I'm feeling really flattered smile Honestly i'm already in love with this track. It's like a lovechild of aphex and orbital. great grittiness and glitchy moments. The choice of sounds is awesome, the melodic parts and the lofi drums make a wonderful unity. Great great track!!! Hats off!

Love it. This track reminds me of moving or roaming through uncharted/undiscovered lands.
Once again, killer drum beat. I have an urge to attempt a double bass only cover. smile
