After one whole week messing with one bad idea, i gave up on that a few hours before the deadline and took one of my oldest projects from the drawer. Lots of mistakes, but some positive energy on it

Ableton and OpenModplug tracker... Hope u enjoy

This is the final version. I had one FX send on mute when rendering to Weeklybeats, so please hear this

Indeed. Sometimes press delete is more difficult than add some extra layers... Please stay tuned for the Soundcloud version

Lovely - especially the SC version.

wow, really awesome work. love the little stutters in the beat! really excellent tune

Nice work! Is the original source a guitar sample?

This is great! Love those silences too!

Yes it actually is! The original samples and project dates 1998-1999, so I'm not sure where did I took them, but I think it was some of those "clean guitar" type of demos about a pre-amp or high end equipment in Future Music

Really appreciated! Stutters are basically some abuse of the "Rxx" parameter under Impulse Tracker, that basically gives you instant 1/32th and 1/64th retrigs of a sample. Sounds dated and raw sometimes, but I think this time it fitted that weird "palito/latin perc" thingy I was using as a rimshot.

Ingenuity is sometimes good smile
