It starts to be a little embarrasing to submit these undeveloped and rushed pieces. I didn't had enough time to work on this one, so I grabbed something from my archive that maybe I already used in another track.
I switched down the tempo, did some minor mastering and add effects. This is just some drum machine, a sampler and lots of compression. At least I think the wonkyness of it all adds certain groove.
"Champignon" is just me and a friend goofin' around writing the spanish word for "mushroom" in some fake french ortography. The Dutchess is his lady cat, because she's tiny, grey and brown, and somewhat aristocratic
Please excuse me if I don't make much sense. It's work day tomorrow, so no more typing. I should be sleeping already.
Lots of love to you all around the world, WeeklyBeats family. Stay safe and be happy

You might know more French than you think; that is the French word for mushroom . Sweet beat as usual, and no worries on being embarrassed. WB should be fun and I definitely enjoy listening to your stuff.

I feel this haha, I always wish I had more time to put in. This definitely has a satisfying swingy groove to it. Have a good week, and shoutout to the dutchess
The beat is dope on this and definitely has a bit of that wonky off kilter vibe, agree with others, as long as your having fun keep posting each week.
This is great, I love the groove and what you did with the whirling chords. My only criticism would be that tightening up a couple of the decays, etc. could really make this snap. I really enjoyed it just how it is though.
ffucck... (and I mean this with the highest amount of seriousness possible:) YESSS!!!
ur unfinished or time pressured shit turns out to be my fave...
There's definitely some cool stuff in here, wonky indeed!
