The verse melody started originally as a jam with PE Tracker + LSDJ that I did about a year ago (https://twitter.com/laamaa/status/1380910221527285762), I found it again this week while browsing my LSDJ saves. Instead of having nice pianos like in the original idea this ended up more chiptune/Burnout 3 era pop-punk style with a surprise power metal moment. oh well

The guitar parts that are not synthesized were recorded with PRS Tremonti SE -> Boss GP-10 -> M8 sampler
Verse drum loop recorded from LSDJ

Awesome melodies and arrangement. This rocks!

The exhilaration when that chorus kicks in could be bottled and sold as a combination energy drink+antidepressant cool

Sweet flowing leads here, and I especially like the verse progression underneath. The burst of metal at the end was a nice touch. smile

Oh hell yea, chip punk.

Thanks for listening, I'm glad you liked it smile

God damn that really takes off at 0:31 and I was already super into before then lol. Your ear for melody and layering is sooooo good. I remember your song from last week blowing me away too so I'm going to have to go back through your catalog.

Favorited and downloaded, won't bother complimenting EVERY GODDAMN ELEMENT; laamaa fan for life.

Sorry, forgot to mention: the metal drum section leading up and into the 2nd minute is amazing.
