Is this track drowned in a specific ecco or reverb effect or is it subtractive synthesis? Would love to know! Those sparkly synths coming in and out are a really nice touch!

Both- it's a synth arpeggio run through Borderlands on iOS then run through Blackhole reverb (also on iOS)
