Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Not much time and will for this week. Just wanted to try working on my melody writing skills and a little bit of counterpoint. Had a lot of tries until I settled on something I found was ok. Played a bit on the gameboy with LSDJ to inspire me, but this one ended up being done on the Deluge, but with the same limitations.

Definitely feels like the theme music for a quiet town. Maybe the second or third town you encounter on the adventure. There's a slight air of curiosity mixed with caution.
