The Chaos Engine

By Kedbreak136 on April 12, 2020 5:11 am

Trying out some chiptunes here, have some mercy on my poor soul.

Every played some good games from the Bitmap Brothers? Xenon 2, Speedball, The Chaos Engine? Those were awesome arcade game of the atari and amiga era. This is an attempt to bring back the vibe of these good old vintage games that were awfully hard, pretty repetitive but just awesome overall. I checked out the soundtrack of the games after i did the beat and I realized it sounded absolutely nothing like the soundtrack but hey it's the way i felt it. smile

So yeah, repetitive chiptune riffs, 8bit riffs, shotgun shots, grenades and explosions!

The track might be nothing like those old soundtracks, but it's wild how you managed to capture the essence of how those games felt.

Can't say I've ever played any of them, but it's pretty fine chiptune either way.
