Listening to your sparse, Webern-esque klangfarbenmelodie compositions does something to the brain: I've skipped around after listening and on the surface there seems to be little audible change in the density of the sonically colorful events, but listening from beginning to the end absolutely fools the mind into the jagged sparseness --> smooth sparseness (or, perhaps, "sensible" sparseness). The fact that in spite of all of the adventuring through sounds and textures this still remains firmly rooted in supporting-sound-role of a soundtrack makes it all the more remarkable.
so much fun in here. Microtonal samples are going for a walk. pretty nice track.
