The intro is so good.  The theme slowly announces itself and then introduces your vocals.  The mix sounds great and love the placement of the guitar.  The chorus gave me some Radiohead Bends era feels with the lovely vocal harmony, bass progression and 2nd guitar. I'm a fan of your homework! heart

The chord progression at 1:51 is so my jam. *takes notes*
Once again, thank you for letting us in in the secrets of your basement, we're blessed. heart

Another warm and nostalgic tune.  The vocal harmonies, as always, are really nice.  The class sounds intense, but I'm sure it will be rewarding.  Limitations can often be good, but I imagine it must be hard to choose what to include and what to cut sometimes, although that's something we should all probably be thinking more about even when we have virtually no limitations.

Gentle and warm. The guitar and vocals feel like a hug from a friend. I have probably said this before, but you continue to fill me with wonder at your ability to evoke a sense of memory in way as natural and effortless as breathing. I know there's plenty of effort. But it comes on with an ease and comfort that is unparalleled, amazing work heart

really tasteful and dynamic. spectacular track and im digging these homework sessions. can't wait to see how you develop your skills without losing that special sauce. so far so great!

So soft and warm. Your voice goes so well with it. So much warmth and a little touch of sadness but letting go.

Taking lessons and learning stuff is great.
I love the approach of having to limit yourself, being pushed to make decisions. Everything else can come after. It's super valuable to be able to separate the tasks of writing, performing, producing, mixing... Yet it's so easy amd tempting to procastinate on one thing by doing the other. Really curious to see what your big takeaways will be!

oh wow. love the process notes (as well as the musical ones!)
great job on this!

Nice clean guitar tones. Beautiful delicate vocal delivery.

Well played!

Wondrous big_smile

Good choice on keeping the vocal double it's really pretty

Lovely feeling of the room in the recording total Eliot Smith vibes all over the place, but a bit more dreamy. Maybe a bit of Everly brothers in the choice of harmonies.

There is a modulation you do around 2 mins in that I'm absolutely loving, but too thick at music theory to identify.

Lovely guitar sound as well, nice and warm, but with some cut.

Great stuff every week! Thank you!

This is so beautiful, amazing work. Love to hear you're taking producing lessons, excited to see where it takes you!

Oh I like the lyrics and the guitar strums. Taking a course? Here's to learning new things! May knowledge flourish and you enjoy the journey.
