More messing around with loops, drums, and chord-based vs melody-based composition?? Just gonna keep having fun and trying to make things that I want to listen to ^0^;

I like them organ chords and that little sine wavey thing that pops in. I've been wanting, myself, to try some non-melody-centric writing lately. I know this is like an obvious thing to say, but it really changes the process and listening experience so drastically.

Sneaky.

It's definitely a good drive to have.

Yeah, for sure! I found that while listening to this this week to pick it apart, I ended up picking out random bassline stuff as "melody" when humming along. My brain really doesn't like things without melodies!!! Anyway, I'm sure it'll sound awesome when you try it next. smile
