Tooty Boy (feat. Hatsune Miku)

By Judgement Act on January 11, 2020 6:15 am

A simple and silly track this week, I just bought my first scale model railway set and I couldn't get the idea of Miku singing about loving a tooty boi out of my head. Aoki Lapis on backup singing duty.

Lyrics are a bit hard to understand in this one;

Love that horn section!

THE TRAIN NOISES YES, love that bass too, and the lyrics speak for themselves I think smile

That break is really funky! And the vocal melody is super catchy.

I love any song with Tooty Boy as the title smile Sounds great!

Nice sampling of train sound :> what's it from?

Thank you! It was kindly provided to me by a friend, from a video capturing a  level crossing in Osaka!

Very tooty, very tooty indeed

What do you use for the horn sounds? Those are so sweet

I could get used to tunes like this every week. The selective vocal doubling is such a great touch, this is really catchy heart

Sadly this will probably be my last silly Miku track for a few weeks, gotta stretch my trance and space legs!

I'm here for Model Train Enthusiast Miku. What scale set are you building??

I'm digging the chill vibes. The simplistic but tasteful horns were a nice part of the composition.

Haven't actually received it yet, but it's an N scale Yamanote 4 car starter set.

Thanks!

This all comes together really nicely. Like it a lot. smile

This was making me think of a video game, I was trying to peg it down and I think this would be great music for the train level from "A Hat in Time" smile

Love it! So playful and melodic. Great sounds like the horn stabs and brass section are just beautiful.  Nice vocal layering. Fun and well done!

a vocaloid and a roughly garage drum pattern, you're aiming straight for my heart.

I like all this horns! It is so happy and fun song with cute singing!

very nice work and positively lounge-styled. Jazz!

DENSHAAAAAA!!! I want a ticket for that train! heart

Cute! I'll rate this 5/5 toots.

Ah yais digging those happy toots.  The brass adds an awesome element and those sparkly vibraphones round it off even more.  Very catchy track!
