Tricky but Grammatical

By Jim Wood on October 1, 2016 3:55 pm

Voice: Grammar Girl 458 podcast "Can You Process These Tricky, but Grammatical, Sentences." run through PseudoScratch M4L controlled by random M4L LFO. Radically different from my starting sketches.

This makes me think of pop music from another, weirder dimension. I like it!

Very strange but enjoyable. Some epic sections. Ace smile

Weird atmosphere. The musical part is so good, would like listen without grammar lesson.

Thanks all!

I don't know about the grammar lesson; I didn't even listen to it before I started chopping and scratching. ::)

Ah, you meant without the vocals; they were, indeed, a last-minute addition.

Yes, I only wanted to say, the music is superb and needs no voices.
But I know it is your passion.

as someone mentioned, this sounds like pop music from another dimension. maybe a more progressive dimension. i think most of your work sounds that way.

I really like the sound of this one.  The synth tones are dreamy and strange.

The vocals make this track for me. I may be demented but this track makes it all seem fine.

Enjoyably like a fever dream on a hot afternoon--the pedal tone, the vast vocal variations, the pads and drums...totally down with this. Beautiful work.

Heh, you make me sound like I know what I'm doing. ::)
