I think I went to high school with a Vnsvtzhptty Mjyzpsc.  He (or possibly she) was such a cut up, always offering gift card in lieu of confusing human interaction. Your track sounds like every interaction I've ever had with Amazon if something goes wrong.  The TTS of the cryptic message craked me up. Hope it all works out.

It took me 4 chats with Amazon customer services; I have not heard from (Mr?) Mjyzpsc since. Perhaps he said his name backwards.

Interesting vocal line with the pulsing kick.  I had a similar problem with an amazon retailer, but minus the keyboard mash of a name   The ending has an uplifting and positive outlook to it.  I hope your refund ended this way too

The refund wasn't a problem (Amazon came through quickly) — it was the multiple pleas from the company that were annoying.
