Aged to Rejection

By Jim Wood on June 16, 2018 4:08 pm

Two tracks of my voice processed through Bitspeek and pitch-tracking vocoders.

So bouncy... sitting here listening and bouncing along... ee ee ee eee ee... great!

Ha cool! somewhere i understand something like: "your blood" - "What?"
So i guess there are some robot vampires in here big_smile
Love those part where the drums nearly stop and the voice goes crazy...

Soundtrack for wandering into the darkened machine room of an interplanetary cruiser. (Where'd all the people go?). Unsettlingly beautiful.

kraftwerk-esque and very hypnotizing, I like it big_smile

Bouncy like a tennis ball. So robotic but doesn't loose the sense of rhythm. Are there also samples of vocal snippets?

Thank you all! I was trying to channel the voiceovers on those obnoxious local TV car commercials (I sped my voice up considerably and dropped the pitch slightly).

It's like a robot on a trampoline... although I do detect some sort of ominous undercurrent somehow.  Maybe the robot IS a vampire.

I absolutely love the vocal stuff you do, Jim.  this one is no different, very unique

Resultant bloodsucking is unintentional. Please note that this song is rated M.

Really appreciate the comments!

Music for creepy, but dancing, robots, like it!

you have such a beautiful voice. well done.

Some cool rhythms bouncing around the vox.  The vox kind of reminded me of Joshua from War Games smile

Thanks all!

Like robots rapping, dig the voices and how track evolves, tells a story. I don't remember you using your own voice before, nice.

Thanks! I'm not fond of my voice, hence the heavy use of effects. ::)

Nice cut-up robo swing!

I'd be interested in hearing you sing one of these days!

So would my wife. ::)

This is great. Headphones give that panning pulse a great add. Favorited.
