tympanic fear

Went a little crazy with all the effects and distortion on this one, not very familiar with mixing this kind of sound so hopefully this isn't too offensive to your ears.  Found the vocal loop that sounded cool but have no idea what is being said, if anyone understands would be fun to know.

That big electro riff from 0:42 is epic. The dynamic of large amounts of layers opening around 1:20 to a clearer landscape was really nice. Crazy effects towards the end!

Distortion added some spice to this, cool thing to try.  Love that vocal sample. This was cool, slappin gritty, kinda sci fi action vibes.

Excellent epic sounding atmosphere throughout.  Gave me some Daft Punk vibes with that sweet synth line.

Great to hear some experimentation here and sounds good to me especially that ending!  There's lots of creative possibilities with distortion.  I'm definitely a fan of it.  smile

especially love what the distortion does to the kick and snares(sometimes it can add that aliasing weirdness to the highs especially but it sounds like you rolled off a bit, nice and crisp without being harsh). crafty ending, too! heart
