round and round

By Jason Nijjer on August 19, 2022 5:04 am

Another busy work week and busy weekend, starting to sound like a record, round and round it goes.  Stuck to my go to tempo and style to pump out another track, did have some fun scratching some records on this one.  Thanks again for listening and leaving any comments, greatly appreciate it.

so nice

It reminds me of oldschool 90ies hiphop. the female vocals are beautiful. well done

Very pleasant, I love it when you break out the voice samples
- Ebrit

The pad and the guitar of the intro had a very interesting Noir film vibe. The track then turned into a good oldschool hiphop vibe, as Q-Rosh pointed out. The female vocal in the back is really nice. Briging this organic vibe without overtaking the track. Smooth track, with a tight beat and a great vibe.

love those haunting vocals in the background while everything more distinctly rhythmic is up close and personal, like a dream etched onto glass then shattered into a mosaic, all things perfectly complementing each other no matter where the form takes us throughout heart

Your go to style is good! Good to have a go to I think. Love that choral sample. Move, sing, feel the beat.

Hottest boombap drop of this year tho, vocal is gorgeous beat is hard as a coffin nail. Favoriting. (I've also been struggling with work & things, )

Your go-to-sound is a fav of mine and this one does not disappoint.  The vocal gives it an ethereal feel while the drums have that classic late 90s boombap sound.  The flute or woodwind sound was a nice added touch to support the vocals too.
