That's a sinister sounding vocal loop. Like I almost expected Method Man or Killer Mike to jump in on the beat 
That stereo synth line sounds extra sweet too. Spooky vibes with some nice vinyl touches. Well done!

Hell yeah, I love these deep scary vibes. The water drips are perfect! Love how it opens up towards the end too with that arpeggio thing. Great stuff 
Legit creepy. Those water drips are amazing, I'm looking around me for ceiling leaks. Tight good head bobbing beat makes it tops. The vocal sample blended super well, and nice ending!
