don't need me?

Still on vacation for another week, exploring Vancouver Island for the first time, incredible scenery everywhere you look, truly blessed to get the chance to experience this place.  Before leaving my Son was in an art camp and one of his creations was painting and using a 45 record as his canvas, there was a small area without any paint which I recorded before we left and used for the vocals on this one, no idea who the artist is as the label was all covered in paint.  Thanks for taking the time to listen.

that’s such a cool backstory to the sample here: before it goes away as visual art, you found a need for it sonically, and just happened to record what was probably one of the best musical parts of it, seems magical how it all turned out heart

This is insanely good. DJ Shadow would be proud

this beat and the guitar are awesome. the mood is triphoppy as hell. the vocals fit exact into the track.

Smooth. Really like the "funkyness" of the track. Drum loop is dope.

Deep kick and cool snare sound. I love the backstory of where the sample comes from. It makes it all the more special! The guitar lines are really tasty. I hope you enjoy Vancouver!

Oof that snare roll!  When the guitar comes in it def gave me some Endtroducing Shadow vibes. The sample story is really cool.  Vancouver sounds like a beautiful escape.

Genius idea! Love the ethereal guitar.

Very beautiful song, all the instruments go so well together and the vocal bit fits really well.
