a thousand maybe worlds

Quick one this week, stuck to my go to tools, busy, busy week, so much to do at work and then for some reason decided to go camping with the kids this weekend.

amazed by how you churn out gold like this, with busy work and kids in tow. multitasking like a boss! big_smile

So cool to hear you use the X Minus One sample.  Back when I was in my band ('99ish) and playing samples and noise stuff, I had this sample thrown into a time stretch right on the "thousand maybe wooooorlds".. Seeing the title flipped the archive tab on my brain lol.  Love the breaks on this and how that synth floats around them.  It has ninja tune meets Shadow-esque vibes to it.  Hell yais!

These voice samples really do it for me.

I hope you had a good camping!
The tight kick is really nice in this track, it gives a lot of character. As for other tracks, cool usage of samples and sounds. Cinematic and evocative!

this is an awesome track. Even your week was busy it is supergreat.

Thanks, ninja tune is always my go to influence, been listening to lots of ninja tune lately, bought lots of ninja tune vinyl in the last few months,  that's awesome that you picked up on those x minus one samples, I didn't actually know what they were, but they sounded awesome

I've been on creating quick one streak too, I get that. Time for family and vacations, hope you have some good times! This is cool, flows, drums slap, voice sample is dope. Sticking to the tools and just flowing one out works!

Oldschool, and hot damn those drums... Fantastic production, tip of the hat for mixing on this.
