i have to come clean to you all: usually i have everything done a week before because i felt super stressed. this beat took me longer and now my week headstart is over big_smile

mostly based on the sounds i found on pianobook for decentsampler. its moody and dark. i will probably finish this and have some vocals for it in the end.

always happy about any feedback - i feel like if been on my own long enough.

I really like the chopped up drums and the vocal sample is simple, bit effective. I don't know about the low pad/bass though. It takes up a lot of the low end with out really pushing either. Again, maybe you could experiment with not having the full chord progression on loop for the whole track, but being a bit more patient with introducing it. Maybe let it drop out for a couple bars at some point, give the rest some space to breathe - you did that very well with the drums!

Digging the somber+triumphant power of this (the rrrratchety beat is great, too)

I like the ambiance on this one. Especially the vox sample used. Adds a very cool feeling.
