First thing that comes to mind is a hot air balloon trip I went on - I was there, sleepy as shit because it was 5am - lying inside the basket just as it was right it's self for take off suddenly with a wave of doubt came over me to  if I trusted it as a human invention or not.  Totally brought that back (and I haven't though of it since)
