Download  the 36KB project here!
A sequel to the popular Quack Quest game, found only on the MES 9-bit home console (Mallard Edutainment System).

Loved my MES. It was always a hassle to blow dust into the cartridge before playing. But it was always worth it for games like The Legend of Zelduck. heart

quacky leads, trippy power ups, and dreamy arps - this soundtrack's got it all.

It's a classic! Breath of the Wild Goose is pretty good too.

I stayed pretty close to the Famicon specs, but I did use some PWM at the end which closer resembles a SID chip, NES only has 4 duty cycles. But that is what sets the MES console apart.

Takes me back to good old 80s/early 90s games! This is really an epic fun platformer game soundtrack!

Yeah this decade can't get a break. Hopefully things get better!

Rad quacking! and those glissandos!! Cool slippery lead at the end! I'm holding out for the 9 1/2 bit console myself.

*taps toes, nods along*  Yep I wanna play this game!  Love the melodies and bassline especially.  Excellent work as always man.  1UP! bedoo-wedoo-wudda

I LEFT A COMMENT ON THIS BUT WB INFORMED ME THAT THIS IS A SONG I HAVE * NOT * COMMENTED ON!

I love the panning on this.  Seems like a risky choice, but really pays off.  Your hi-hat, snare, and the FWOOOSHES are really good.

Also SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER love the end when you actually get your hi-score and then get the ending screen!

...CONTINUE?

Also takes me back to my favorite era of NES soundtracks - Konami/Ultra games - especially Rollergames!
