Reflection Chamber(Part 3)

By increment on March 5, 2026 11:04 am

I didn't have a lot of time this week, so decided to come back and write the third movement of Reflection Chamber to give it the final arc it needed to complete the concept. Overall, not bad, I am pretty happy with it. I'll have to glue it all together some time.

I haven't heard parts 1 or 2 but I'm liking part 3! it has a nice, lively groove. That switch around a minute in is lovely. Though I feel the first minute is comparatively a little too light on low end. The seconds act is sweet, too. Though I think you could layer some of the wilder synths into that second act. And tie them together a bit more. And add a bit more spice to the second part with it. I do feel it isn't quite as energetic the first minute. Anyway, good tune!

Had to listen to parts 1 & 2 and they are wonderful! The groove continues here and that flute is a delightful surprise. Everything getting quiet right before the 1-minute mark to make was for the piano builds so much good anticipation and you absolutely deliver! Great work on the drums and...acoustic guitar? I hope there's a Part 4, but only because I'm greedy.

oooh, this is cool, so many neat little bits
