Shoulders of Forgotten Giants

It's been a very busy week, but I managed to learn some Strudel music live-coding stuff which was a lot of fun, so I rushed a track using it. First time using a computer for music making in quite a while, but feels very different to working in a DAW.

Strudel is super fun, great for interesting rhythmic stuff and generative but melodic melodies.

I wish I had a bit more time to add some extra sections for more variety and stuff, but will just have to go with what I've got. Also would be fun to do more live coding during performance, I was feeling rushed so was just enabling and disabling sections with stuff I'd already made.

Added some verb and delay, tape FX during post in Reaper.

Really like this. All I picture is a oldschool sci-fi jrpg and this is the backing track, and all live coded too  smile

Impressive for live coding! Never heard of Strudel before, now I'm curious. I love the track title.

This is truly fascinating. Bit clicky it seems, but very cool.

Very skillful use of Strudel, sounds fantastic!

very nice never heard of this.

This is fantastic, I love how the beats are and everything is a little understated but in a good way
