Constant Interruptions

This one didn't come naturally and I'm not really feeling it.

All M8, not really sure what's going on in this one, built around the chord progression and sort of acoustic bass sound (FM SYNTH), which was kind of hard to work with. Ran the render through TAPE MELLOW-FI, not sure if it was a good idea.

The lofi seems the right direction for this. I hear what you are saying though. It sounds like it squished it a bit too much. I love the programming you did on the bass but the lofi filter seems to have shrunk the impact. I'm a huge fan of this pitch bent tape startup sound.

Yeah I know that tape mellow-fi plugin. Sounds amazing but you really need to dial it back from the default settings because it's often way too much.
Fun track nonetheless, it feels the opener to an undiscovered epic synth album found on a cassette tapes in an attic somewhere. It was someones passion project that just sat there until it was discovered and played 40 years after it was recorded.

love it. not too much tape imo - I'm not listening on a hifi or anything
Sounds like a bootleg tape I made off an SNES sound test screen - good thing!

GREAT bass patch! I know the feeling when a track doesn't come naturally, but it's all part of the practice! And this has turned out well, still a very enjoyable track! I like the change in mood that happens about 1:40ish a lot!

Loving this lead, sounds great.
