Bloodstream Experiments

Attempt at something EBM/industrial, it was too cold and rainy to go out to the goth club on friday night, so stayed home and tried to make something that would be appropriate for my 18 year old self to stompy dance to.

Digitakt for sequencing and drums and samples, Volca Bass and Access Virus TI Snow into the Digitakt. Pretty crunchy sounding since I was using the Digitakt's compressor to overdrive everything and it clips a bit too much.

All sequenced and recorded live into field recorder from blank patterns.

Trying to get better at coming up with interesting stuff on the fly and doing transitions, but it's hard, but gradually getting more confident with it.

This sounds fantastic! I've loved EBM forever and at first glance this track is ticking all the boxes smile I love the crunchy, driving, growly lows with the sparkly tones over the top, and it unfolds nicely. Definitely stomp-able.

love the crunhiness. pretty pleasant to my ears.
