Always Here For You

I wish I had ONE more day to work on polishing this more. This started off as a completely different idea - A slower tempo, melodic beginning that goes into this faster/heavier song then merges the two at the chorus. I didn't really like how they merged together so I decided to split them into two different songs. I really struggled with getting this song to sound how I wanted. I'm relatively happy with it but it could use some more polish. Maybe I'll keep working on that before I make a youtube video for it.

This was produced on the M8.

I love everything about this -- been sleeping on your music and about to correct this.

Been loving your stuff. I usually search m8tracker tag so missed a few but damn it’s good

Thank you! I really struggled with this track - probably because I had some ideas of what I wanted to try early on and it didn't work out so I had to pivot mid week so I could finish it in time lol.

Thank you! I suck at tags & stuff haha. I'll start adding that tag to my stuff too.

Yessss this is the kind of expressive and melodic chiptune that we all need more of! (checks iHz's back catalogue)  Annnd we're all in luck. tongue

Haha, we must be on similar wavelengths this week―I tried something similar and ended up in a completely different genretongue
Will you develop the other song for next week, or is it on ice for now?

Oooh I'll check your track out this afternoon! I also ended up in a completely different genre hahaha. This track started as kind of a Pop-esque/Hip-hop kind of track and turned into more of a pop-rock genre. The other track is kind of on ice for right now. I definitely want to develop it for a future week but I want to get a little distance from it before picking it up again.

The trick is to start one day earlier, but the secret technique is to make a version two a week later.

Really digging this groove.

Thank you! I really should try remaking some of my tracks. That's a good idea.
