a bit of a different one this week.
I was determined to get my head around my sp404 so this week has been entirely tracked and processed in there. acoustic guitars were done with an sm57 rested on my desk.
I had fun resampling everything and slamming it with the effects
the two synths were from vhs synth and ableton note on my phone - sent into the 404 via usb.
I did resort to sequencing in ableton - I'll try the 404 sequencer next week. or maybe I'll sequence it from koala not sure.
not 100% happy with the workflow for recording vocals into the 404, was rather laborious waiting for samples to restart etc - though I think the looper may be the answer to that.
some (a fair few) pitchy vocals somewhere but ::shrugs::
guitar is dadead
