Welcome to the club

By hent03 on July 30, 2022 6:09 am

Got back from a holiday in Hokkaido, woke up the next morning with Covid. Anyway, while I was in Hokkaido we had a long train ride to a hotel resort, and I started playing with some op-z effects and presets (mainly distortion variations). Being that I've been so low on energy, I decided to create a few simple patterns to link all my experiments together into something resembling a cohesive track. It's a bit lazy, but as Kedbreak likes to say, a track is a track.

Indeed! I like this track! There is something aquatic about this track, and I get the slightly sleepy vibe. I hope you are feeling better! It feels like Covid has just gone through everyone worldwide in the past month.

oh no - get well soon - this was a lovely piece

It's oddly peaceful. get well soon.

welcome to the club is a nice sense of humor. hope it doesn`t hit you hard and you will get well soon.
this is a nice OP-Z tune. almost a lullaby.

A track is indeed a track!

Take care, get well.

Being able to churn out a track when you're low on energy and not feeling well is always a feat.  This has a cool overall vibe and builds nicely.  A lot of it is quite catchy.

Feel better soon! This track is such lovely sweetness heart

Really enjoyed the mellow mood behind this track.  It has a lullaby quality to it in that it's very calming.  I hope you feel mucho better soon!

The added crunchiness is cool and gives some extra girth to the mix.  Distortion is super flexible and such a great tool when used creatively whether subtle or brutal.   Hope you leg lock that shitty bug into submission.

Very nice and calming, love the bell tones and pacing of this. A track is a track, each it's own. Sorry you go covid, seems everyone is these days! Just looked up Hokkaido, looks wonderful, hope some fun was still had.

so sorry, hope you are feeling better.  loving how you use that op-z, i really want one
