Juniper's carnival of cheese toasties

I don't even know.. I had 0 motivation for music creation this week. Didn't start throwing around ideas until Friday when I recorded all these guitar riffs. Saturday morning I realized I had 4 riffs, no structure, no flow.. ugh. Straight out of bed I scored out the real recordings for midi and tried to get some rough structure down. Family is over from interstate so lost the rest of the day. I realized I wouldn't have time to nail performances + mix, especially considering I had no structure - Would have to re-record if I decided I needed to change transitional notes/chords etc.

Gin mixing masterclass on Sunday was great - but no time for music sad. Managed to dump out a first mix that night, went for 4min but otherwise wasn't horrific. Straight out of bed this morning, managed to cull 1min, and add a bit more life to the track.

Struggled hard this week, need a more proactive approach. Not always going to be motivated, but I guess that's one of the challenges! Ultimately pretty happy with the result. It's pretty catchy.

Catchy like the plague! Really cool you banged it out anyway, despite the time constraints, so for that time frame, you nailed it!!!! Now you have to mix me some gin though

Sounds cool! Way to push through and come through with something good. Made me want to jump up off the couch and go find the boss level.

love it! has such a nostalgic feel.

Another one DONE!!! And this is a pretty cool track.
