Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

i spent the first week of the year with my parents out in the mountains and walking every morning. So i made some recordings of walking on gravel and the cicadas chirping (in other recordings they were deafening and distorted on my phone) and then slapped together some simple little synth riffs on sunday morning to tie it all together.
