A little bit of eq on the acoustic guitar would make it better, but taking in count that it's a rushed mix (I know the feeling 
) I can understand it. But I totally dig that acoustic style, the mood of the song and the arrangement. Keep it going!
Cool 60s vibe to it. I like the simplicity of the production. Bring out the body of that acoustic more. Like the bridge too!
