Take your blissful ignorance and invest it wisely in the things which mean least.

Ooooh, the beat is hard (that tambourine hat!) and the bass is a-boomin'! The 2:45-ish ending section where the detuning can be savored as part of the chord.

Really like that animated bass, not sure how to describe it.

Yeah thank you that would be helpful, it feels a bit overwhelming in the song but not necessarily bad. Let me know your thoughts

WICKID RHYTHMZ!
(mixing sounds fine to me too: the bass has this subtle effect of making the atmosphere go in and out of feeling submerged, adds a cool feel in just the right accented way)

There is a slight oscillator on pitch and LPF so it had a wobble effect (layered two channels).

right when I'm trying to get better at ignoring
you show me the face of the inner child I'd forgotten
who already knows exactly what to pay attention to
he's not crying
not even disappointed
just a little confused
staring off at the storm clouds rolling in
wondering when the rain will come

(bass sounds great on my earbuds. but I mix everything on them because I'm like that)

I like the bass is warm and calm. The melody is lost to the rhythm, a sad or confusing feeling I think. It's nice to listen now.

I really love the strong breaks. Mix sounds fat and tight, though not unbalanced. You could maybe have the synths and bass slighly more prominent, but I don't hear any problem with the arrangement that makes me question the actual sound.

Otro excelente trabajo construido de la forma más minimalista posible smile

I mix in earphones usually until the very end, but this one was all headphones, probably the problem

Tienes razón, suelo mezclar con los auriculares que crea algunos problemas específicos por ejemplo las partes melódicas son más suaves, debo comprar los monitores profesionales...

Love the detuned synths. Feels a little like early 2000's drum n bass too, nice track.

Def a d'n'b feel, it was kind of the inspiration, to make a jungle track that wasn't jungle

A phenomenal sound on my stereo. I like the composition of yours. It could be on the John Frusciante "Maja" record that recently came out. Everything is fine.

Never heard of them, listening now, really nice

That’s the guitarman of the Red Hot Chili Peppers!!!

The beat is sick! I love it and how the bubbly electric bass emerges out of the depth like bubbles of gas out of a hydrocarbon lake. The piano Melodie’s are a nice counter to this. The track really pulled me in and I was fully lost in its alien atmosphere.

Tried hard to make that bass feel fat
Kept it simple, it worked out

This sounds really good. Love the detune synth sound you've got going on.
