Autodestruct

We are in a spiral, autodestruction.

Weekly Poem

"Ride"

Highs and Lows I ride,
Like tides they ebb and flow
Ignorance’s bliss up top and
Sorrowful woes down below
Illusive illusion of control
I’ve told myself in faith
But nature’s natural disaster
Outlasts the human race
The rock will spin in space,
And our ego fibs and feigns
Unwilling to come to face with
A conductorless cosmic train
Fueled by fossil, sweat and flesh
By fission, fusion and fire
While lied to and driven by desire

ah such a great complex yet simple beat

great little arps that come in

great vibe, nice work on the breaks. stunning work overall! got an instand replay its that good! big_smile
thanks for sharing smile

As of getting a track out isn't hard enough, this guy just gets some poems done too. Great work

I have no idea how you did the little glitchy sequence on mobile… it’s a bit shit to be in technical listening mode when there’s also very sweet (and at times melancholic) melodies happening and stupid musician brain going “but how tho” so apologies where necessary. Love this one.

classic gesceap. when i grow up i want to sound like me, too.

Fire! I like the acid type bass-lines. The drums and punchy and crispy. Lots of switch ups. Definitely takes you on a journey.

Welcome back, gesceap―glad to see you're back making the hard stuff sound easy (and groovy)!

BTW I think you came up in three separate conversations about nanoloop this weekend at MAGfest and in each one none of the participants were certain how to pronounce your name tongue

I imagine a wide sky of lanterns that flips colors at 0:50. A beautiful scene

resampled arps from nanoloop, reimported chords to give alternate sound.

a lot of "glitch" things are just start points and loop changes with volume/env changes.

I truly believe wanting to be oneself is the ultimate goal, even if we suppress it at times.

could use more work, pretty basic structure.

This tickles my brain

I loves its too

Super cool retro idm flava! Yummy.

Favorited, listened to this over and over.

Nice work!

Chops sounding clean as usual. Love that arpy section. You always have new tricks up your sleeves that surprise me.

Tickles the brain in just the right way! Love that bassline.

braindance at pure perfection

hell yeah, your style is just sick.

dayumn! love those chords! and the breaks are just such a groove with the bass.  scuse me while i nod my head a bunch \m/ love it!

This is also a major banger from start to finish. I especially love the part around 30 seconds to about a minute. I get major Aphex Twin - Druqks vibes from that section. Nanoloop seems fascinating if you can do this type of stuff with it!

that hi-hat open is SO effective!

fav'd!
