the halfway point

By george bowles on July 2, 2016 10:34 pm

got drunk and partied down friday night and then made a late night track. for some reason i decided to revisit the space sound samples that i used earlier this year, but limited them to only the actual sounds of space and not the guys down on the launchpad's voices too.

you are halfway to the edge of the universe and have half of your fuel store, do you turn around and go home or go all the way?

I'd just go all the way (sounds like that was your decision as well). ::)

In 2 seconds I KNEW IT WAS YOU without looking :-)

I don't know how you do it, but you make 'disgusting noise' so beautiful and palatable

hey thanks man! that means a lot to me. I think it is because I listen to such a wide variety of music and sound art that i can pull it off, plus i have been doing it since the mid 90s so hopefully i am starting to become good at this music making thing.

It certainly feels like I'm lost in deep space or blasting through a wormhole.  Epic.

Nice textures in drunken fashion smile
-> Time is like a galloping horse
Very exciting tones splash out of it

The sweet noise of space!
