SITARI - full res

By george bowles on May 11, 2014 7:29 pm

actually a misnomer... this is not even in 320 kbps! also has some filters on it that make it more lo-fi... but it still sounds high resolution, I swear!

Gritty (in a sorta high-res kinda way) and trippy as hell. Oh yeah!

Cutting edge -- and a fooled-you ending! Who could ask for anything more? Rezzy enough for me.

thanks for listening and getting it!!

damn, this was a trip! The last minute or so kills it!!!

Strange, gritty and trippy. And really good!
(For some reason I'm thinking that this would make an excellent backing track for experimental hardcore hip hop, but I rarely listen to hip hop, so pay no attention to me smile )

thanks all! Plantrain, yeah I was kinda thinking the same thing... I think a lot of my tracks could use some weird emceeing on them. I don't know many mc's though, and the ones I have known usually only lay down tracks on pretty traditional stuff. I'd like to try it some day heh. I just don't have the delivery or lyrics I guess is the main thing. then I could practice. in a similar project I want to do something portishead-ish, especially like they touched upon in Third, which was some kraut rock and experimental music along with the trip hop.

Really enjoyed the tripped out sounds and production on this one.  It was almost the audio equivalent of a strobe light.
