anyways, after some amateurish sci-fi flavor text, this is a test of a VERY portable, minimalist setup you could throw into a backpack and play some underground experimental music show in a different city by taking an amtrak. because that's exactly what i'm doing next weekend! this is show prep, but also a solo version of what i'll be doing.
next week i'll be part of a quartet of noise makers, two on different types of drone based synthesizers, one a vocalist, and me the multi-instrumentalist. for the show i'll be borrowing an amp, a guitar, a bass, and a synth, plus this contact mic run through six pedals (so i'll be switching from various input sources into this pedal chain). thanks for the listen! almost to week 20!
